- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful awful awful - I had my motorbike stolen 3 months ago and have yet to receive any settlement. This company wiped their hands of me and handed me to the underwriters for the policy. Apparently I now have to swap my policy to a new motorbike or they will cancel it - I still haven't got the funds from my old one!! To add insult to injury they want to charge me in excess of 30% of my premium to swap to a motorbike that is 5% of the value of my previous.
