- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪THEY SAVED OUR PUPPY'S LIFE ! On our first visit to get our puppy vaccinated, he had a severe reaction & went into a anaphlyaxis shock. Hayley was amazing & extremely professional. It all happened very quickly & with seconds she had called for a colleague to come & support. Within minutes they had the head vets Steve on the phone to me explaining everything that was going on. Even better they have a video link so Steve was able to watch, even though he was based in there Herford practice. Hayley did everything to make our pup feel comfortable & get him medically stable. Once she had done this Steve & another colleague made there way down from the Hertford practice. During this time i had my 10 year old daughter with me & as any parent would know this could have been very traumatic time. Hayley & Steve did everything to reassure both of us & during this time making sure our pup had the best chance of fighting his way through this.The out come could have been very different, but thanks to them they saved his life !
